These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through silexd.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through silexd.com by any person acting as a consumer or professional (the "Customer"). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, which are available at all times on the Website.

These Terms govern the sale of products only. Use of the Website itself is governed by our Legal Warning, and the processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and age restriction

SILEXD reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable doubt that this requirement is met. All shipments are dispatched in neutral, discreet packaging with no external reference to the contents.

3. Products, descriptions and prices

SILEXD makes reasonable efforts to display product images, materials, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Minor variations between images and the actual product do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Website and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering process

To place an order, the Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and follows the checkout steps. Before confirming, the Customer can review and correct any errors.

Once the order is placed, SILEXD will send a confirmation email. SILEXD reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud, notifying the Customer and refunding any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment can be made using the methods indicated at checkout. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways; SILEXD does not store full payment card details. The order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are for guidance only. SILEXD is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. Legal warranty and returns

Products sold on silexd.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity under applicable Spanish and EU consumer law. If a product is faulty, contact info@cnex.es. SILEXD will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate, independently of the withdrawal exception above.

9. Liability

SILEXD is liable for non-conformity of products in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Liability does not extend to damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including trademarks such as SILEXD and SILEXPAN, is the property of SILEXD or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants no rights over such intellectual property beyond private use of the product itself.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to info@cnex.es. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Mataró (Barcelona), without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.

13. Changes to these Terms
